In May 2017 Saiba Animal Health GmbH and HypoPet AG announced a merger into a single company now known as Saiba Animal Health AG with its headquarters in Pfäffikon SZ Switzerland. The merger of the two sister companies brings their lead projects, the HypoCat Fel d 1 vaccine and a canine atopic dermatitis vaccine, both out-licensed to Benchmark Animal Health, under the same roof. The fusion allows for consolidation of IP, resources and project pipelines.
